Visit
a dentist is usually uncomfortable experience. The young architects and
designers of Sfera atelier decided to build dental clinic in Vodnany as nice as possible that visiting
patients are not depressed in advance. Vodnany is small city in south part of
Czech Republic, so the stomatology centre does not have to be a large complex.
One modest building responding to limited budget is enough. Though is going on
highly ranked building in Czech architectural production in last years.
The
architectural form of dental clinic is based on clear functional scheme
responding to geometry of building site and to the needs of modern medical
centres. The roofing is designed like a combination of shed roofs related to the
site and service specifics. Clear design of whole object is in contrast to
commercial development in the neighbourhood. Architects tried to improve
building standard of this location with modern and atractive shaping. Each
visitor of clinic can it easily keep in mind like a main dominant of
sourrounding area which has low diversity of building forms.
