Designed to create balance for its residents, this project embraces the idea that balance is about serenity in urban lifestyles.
Starting with the project’s entrance gateway, where curves and straight lines are combined to reflect the concept of modern sophistication, in harmony with the architectural style. A water feature is introduced at the front to soften the structure’s solidity, complemented by a feature tree with distinctive form and character, creating a strong identity for this space.
One of the key challenges of this limited space is the need for a thoughtful landscape design that seamlessly connects with the architectural design. The goal is to create a cohesive environment that supports continuous activities, while ensuring the landscape integrates harmoniously with the building’s architecture. An elegant staircase was designed to connect the space across multiple dimensions both visually and functionally while still reflecting the same design language without compromising the overall architectural identity.
In the planting design, colorful species are selected to bring vibrancy and freshness to the surroundings, combined with gentle green berm that create a sense of enclosure and child-friendly spaces. This approach enhances usability and provides a welcoming environment, particularly well-suited for family living.
