Delhi One Masterplan is an ambitious mixed-use development located in Noida, southeast of New Delhi in India. It incorporates approximately 10 million square meters (2,500 acres) of luxury residences, mixed use buildings, five-star hotels, and office spaces while also integrating sustainable principles into its design. Envisaged as “the destination” for the priviledged few, the urban and green development features terraced gardens, amphitheater, themed shopping streets, high-end restaurants, sports courts and swimming pools.
The architecture of the Delhi One Masterplan is poised to change the perception of Delhi’s National Capital Region (NCR) as well as symbolize India’s emergence and transformation into a developed nation.
Massforma Architecture consulted the Woods Bagot design team in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for the project. Advanced visualization and coordination allowed the design team to develop and resolve complex design problems before project delivery into construction.
Project is currently under construction, with completion date expected in 2013.
