Addressing the University’s need to accommodate graduation ceremonies and provide academic spaces for its growing health and wellness programs, the feasibility study investigated the greater Dover community’s level of need for a similarly-sized spectator event venue. Three conceptual options were proposed. Two represent a fixed arena-style bowl ranging from 4,800 to 6,000 seats while the third illustrates a flat floor facility that accommodates up to 6,000 in retractable seats.
