The space made reference to what is inherently Melbourne - laneways, graffiti, cafes and raw environments, with an opportunity to showcase a modern and creative environment within a corporate setting. Whilst a consistent design language is apparent, the space is divided into two distinct tenancy aesthetics in order to appeal to varying potential tenants. The South Side is designed to appeal to a more corporate tenant. Sophisticated and refined. The North Side is designed to appeal to a more creative tenant. It represents Melbourne’s café and laneway culture. Materiality is industrial with Bold and bright colour accents.
