The Nije Gritenije foundation is situated on the top floors of the new Rabobank Heerenveen-Gorredijk head office. On the ninth floor twenty workstations are available for young, starting entrepreneurs. The interior is designed for a constantly changing crew. The open interior consisting of many loose parts enables new users to make it their own in a short period of time. Steel grid tabletops can be arranged according to their needs by combining various desk elements.The office is divided from the entrance hall by a porous wall of wooden elements. The shapes of these elements were deduced from the sight lines of a visitor. On the tenth floor a meeting and presentation space is arranged. The carpet in this room was designed by graphic artist Martin Draax.
