The proposal aims to define the Pushkin theatre as a centre for the arts. There are 3 key elements of my proposed design. Firstly, the external mock pillars which comprise the 'unstable' facade aims to will give rise to uplifting and exciting feelings. Their criss-cross design represents the interconnecting network of ideas within the arts. Secondly, the prominent signage will project a strong, memorable image throughout the world. Thirdly, the stylish, simple design will sit comfortably in the local surroundings and re-enforce the Pushkin Theatre is as prominent landmark.
