The Drachman Design Build Coalition's third low-income residence, completed over the course of two semesters of fourth and fifth year design studios. During the final semester of construction, Patrick's key foci included framing, the design development and installation of the north and south rain screen walls, and various finishes throughout the house.
The sliding plywood door at the "flex space" was completed on a budget of only $200, using new 1/4" plywood, salvaged framing materials from the site, and reclaimed roller blade and skateboad wheels. Door completed in collaboration with Sandra Gentsch and Billy Webster.
