The project consists of the renovation of a small building to be used for wine bar.
The introduction of certain changes to the internal layout will make the building suitable for the new function.
To enhance the original structural elements, it is expected the demolition of parts of the building added in recent times, which will be replace with a metal structure and a new façade in glass and cor-ten steel.
