In Sendling, surrounded by a charming neighborhood of lively office buildings, small restaurants, good connections to many sights and the immediate vicinity to the Isar the newest building of the Dussmann residential building can be found – The serviced business apartments The DD Suites.
You enter the building through the main entrance at the side. In its entrance area the wall is wrapped in a hundred-fold polished brass plaster, from the ceiling are hanging hand-made pendant lights from Italy. The logo of the DD service Apartments clearly indicates the whereabouts. From here you go to the 3rd floor to be received. The use of brass, combined with warm wood tones, accents of green and variations of materials and color gradations with great attention to detail create a harmonious overall picture. Light curtains provide additional improvement in acoustics. The highlight of the premises is the aquarium, which is enclosed in the partition wall and the emerald-colored reception counter with gold edging, clad in Alcantara leather.
