We were approached by Davro to redesign the front facade and roof to fix issues with drainage and cleaning.
Work started in April where the roof was completely redesigned to alleviate flooding in the back of the roof. The facade was redesigned in the process to bring a modern look to the dated facade.
The old shade structure, that had problems with retaining water and plant waste, was removed and replaced with shades sails that allows the water and leaves to to pass through or blow off when dry.
