The interior of this single-family house form a consistently designed structure based on a dialogue between functionality and aesthetics, aimed at achieving a timeless character for the space.
The project is located in the vicinity of Poznań. The geometry of the rooms, which resemble elongated rectangles, encompasses several functional zones. The design study covers an area of 90 m², including, among others, two bedrooms, a wardrobe, a lounge area with an office and hall.
The dominant elements of the design are the wall claddings and furniture fronts, finished with deeply brushed oak veneer. Their distinct texture contrasts with the graphite glass and the sheen of mirrored surfaces, creating a subtle interplay of light and shadow. The entire space is brought together by a monochromatic color palette, enriched with warm shades of brown and navy blue.
The selected materials – dark oak wood, anodized aluminum, woven vinyl with a structural stone pattern, fiber cement, and full-grain leather – emphasize the minimalist and homogeneous style of the interiors.
The project was co-created by the highly regarded Polish company Zajc, which specializes in fusing craftsmanship with new technology. Furthermore, high-quality products from leading Polish manufacturers were implemented in the design, including Vank, Chors, Kluś, and Nobonobo, as well as the Belgian brand 2TEC2.
