To protect living spaces, the use of vertical screens in a clean pattern is employed. With light-colored materials conveying a relaxed appearance, the choice of plain white concrete frames enclosing spans of glass creates a lightness of building form. Its simple façade harmonizes and blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape which is enhanced by the choice of materials. For the internal spaces, the black and white color shows a distinct modern appearance.
