Dalian Xiaoyao Bay City Plaza

Located in the new business district of Xiao Yao Bay in Dalian, the central coastal plaza aims to become the place where the city meets the sea, when landscape and architecture combine in a naturally harmonized form which the transition will gradually creates three dimensional layering connections.

Landscape and public facilities, as the Sea Museum and the Science Museum, will be integrated into a fully complete masterplan. As the undulating waves forming a new silhouette along the sea, the new skyline of the CBD will no longer be separated from its iconic coastline. Fulfilling all the needs of a public plaza, the central coastal plaza will provide all the various scales and dimensions of space to accommodate different kinds of activities and events through the year.
