The Dakota Soda Company is a family-style restaurant, part of a large-scale commercial development in the heart of Rapid City’s historic downtown district. The building sits next to Main Street Square, an urban hub that, when completed, will house events year-round drawing in both locals and tourists. The restaurant’s design is inspired by a 1950s, vintage Americana theme and will includes a restored vintage stainless steel soda fountain. The menu features burgers and fries from local farms and ranches, as well as frozen custard and old-fashioned sodas.
