Cummins engaged Venko to assist them in the consolidation of their existing offices at Box Hill & Scoresby into one flexible & agile environment at their Scoresby site. Venko assisted in the change management process along side an independent change management consultant to ensure a fluid transition of both the consolidated staff and the workplace practice changes.
We dedicated time and attention to ensuring early engagement with Cummins staff. This helped foster inclusion and ownership of the project and in turn encourage future uptake of the new environment and ease the transition to the cultural changes the project heralds.

Cummins staff have choices in where and how they work. There are spaces where they can elect for ‘isolation’ when they need quiet and concentration but they now also work in an environment where they can actually see their colleagues and interact. They are agile in their work because they have the facilities and opportunities to be, and this agility is creating connection and collaboration.
The new fit out accommodates up to 300 staff, includes an open plan workspace with workstations/collaborative settings, front and back of house meeting facilities, reception/concierge, utility spaces, breakout, courtyard and support functions.
The new design is an environment that encourages collaboration across service lines, aligns with company culture and enables innovation and growth for staff and the business.
