The steady growth of the material and cultural standards of living makes increased demands on the modern architectural maintenance of public buildings: their compositional identity, imagery, design innovation and functional convenience. The main aim of this project is the development of technique and skills foundations for creation of the individual designs of Cultural & entertainment Centers with clearly defined characteristics of imagery, the optimality functional and structural refinement in the architectural environment. The main idea of the project is creation a kind of recreation and public urban center, which is able to meet the needs of citizens in the active leisure and entertainment on the nature, near the water.
