Cube villa; The formation of this project is based on the typology of the villa in the countryside. The villa is made up of a combination of nine cubes with a public space surrounded by a sloping roof, as well as a variety of interior design and quality enhancements. This project is located in Chaharbagh, Karaj, Iran. according to the design team attitudes, The potential of the land was its geographical location. Keeping confidentiality for indoor and outdoor pools and creating a completely private space was one of the design team's priorities. Although the times of use of the building required wide transparent walls to make the most of the surrounding landscape, it was due to the culture of the area limiting the aristocracy from outside the design team's priority. Ultimately, the project was designed to take maximum advantage of the interiors of natural landscapes and surrounding gardens while preserving the privacy of these spaces. Finally, the spatial separation of public and private functions was transformed into two independent outer and inner spaces. Further west side of the project, which was the only in common part of the street, the design team decided to make a distance about 6 meters in the first half-floor space, in order to maintain confidentiality. The main material of the facade is flamed granite, which is of high quality and durable materials with weather conditions in its environmental conditions.
