The design for ‘Cubby Office’ addresses the client’s need for an efficient and flexible institutional space in a compact, narrow linear layout.
The concept for ‘Cubby Office’ focuses on creating an open-plan where the main workspace stretches from the entrance, and organically integrates within it - two bookshelves in metal at opposite ends. Work desks are carefully positioned within this structure, highlighting various blue textures that borrow from the company’s brand colour.
A play of materials- stained veneer: lacquer glass: matte paint – all in blue, creates a cohesive and ethereal atmosphere throughout the space. Central to the layout is a marble table that serves as a bold, functional focal point abutting the large foliaged greens.
The overall design skilfully combines practicality with a striking visual appeal, creating an efficient, inviting space that reflects the client’s vision and promotes a flexible working environment.
