Residence on downhill site with a beautiful view of São Paulo was implanted in four floors in a way that floors were visually well integrated and compact. An double height ceiling on the recreation area at the bottom is the link with the social area of the ground floor. This area, glazed to the north face is protected from the northern sun for delicate metal grille, tieded up to the main structure with cables-stayed. A wide sliding door allows the interconnection of the whole area with the garage, also enabling the use of this social space. A second double height ceiling over dinning area unites the upper ground, where children have their own suítes and share a common office. The top floor, with the master bedroom, all covered in corten steel, complete the program.
