This house is an investigation of a low
cost house in a modern concept, we firmly believe as modernism to be
a tool for all classes. It is located on a small parcel of land, 64
square meters for a family of 4. The main objective is to maximize
open planning and cross ventilation through continuous openings,
except on the firewall. Due to the cross ventilation, even with the
lowest ceiling height of 2.27m, as observed in the le modular,
trapped heat is avoided.
