KSH Architects was hired by Kilroy Realty and Hunter-Storm to design this landmark project on a prominent city-owned site in downtown Redwood City. The project provides 300,000 SF of Class A office space in two separate towers, which are
connected by an expansive exterior terrace. The integrated parking structure provides parking for 1,000 cars and is open to the public on nights and weekends. The ground floor contains large retail spaces that are oriented toward a new public plaza that is adjacent to the CalTrain station. Box.com has leased the entire complex as its headquarters.
