CINKER Pictures Shanghai (CPSH) is the latest venture of CINKER Pictures is a design collaboration with CINKER Creative Team and Space Modification Unit. CPSH is a Transformative Art Space that combines a boutique Theatre with a relaxed wine and dine experience.
The Design is inspired by the futuristic chic of the last century as well as contemporary light artist. Main Materials are terrazzo, velour and brushed metal, reminiscent of the past glam.
The space is divided into several chapters that are visually coherent. The Lobby, Lounges, Bar, Restaurant, Cinema and Gallery each tell their part of the Story.
Patrons are greeted with the familiar CINKER signature pink upon arrival; from here a seemingly infinite tunnel of faceted mirror surfaces transits into the Lounges.
The bar area is fitted with a dominating media light sculpture that will satisfy your needs of color throughout the night. An intimate banquette area across from the bar provides the spot for a tête-à-tête amid the crowd.
Both Lounges and the Restaurant cater for wine and dine. With their differing moods and seating arrangements, guests can choose what suits them best.
The Cinema breaks the boring pattern and crowded feel of your common screen through a focus on design and quality. 26 comfortable recliners and side tables ensure a luxurious and tranquil viewing experience.
The Gallery has a backlit ceiling that doubles up as projection surface for the Audio-Visual performance space. The walls are finished in black mirror to immerse oneself in infinity.
CPSH also comprises a terrace equipped with an open-air Cinema for a unique outdoor soiree in the Urban Heart of Shanghai.
