In an important business area in Mexico City, we developed the design for CPI headquartes, on the third floor of a building surrounded by some of the most emblematic skyscrapers in the country.

The goal was to create a sober, yet cozy atmosphere, with very open and transparent spaces, allowing full visual contact with the inside, as well as the outside, which has a privileged view of the surrounding treetops.
Wood and concrete floors contrast with each other, framing circulations and delimiting work stations.

Common spaces like the meeting room and reception, were confined in wooden boxes and lit by stripes of stretch ceiling, wrapping the space and emphasizing wood planks direction. Drywall ceiling was eliminated to gain story height, and installations were left exposed.
