The corporate offices of the CP Group are located on the fifteenth floor of the Terret Building, in Mexico City.

This building will be certified in accordance with LEED.

The project consists of three stories (floors 15, 16, 17), with each typical floor measuring approximately 1,570.00 m2. The form of the floors is trapezoidal, with a core at the back only, not reaching the facade.

Pentagono Estudio participated with specialised furniture, graphic arts and applications, thus generating an architectural balance in conjunction with the identification of spaces and visual communication. Each level incorporates particular details that generate an integral thematic concept related to the company’s business areas: City, Health and Automotive.

The corporate interior project of the CP Group consists of three levels; the architectonic program includes spaces such as vestibule, reception, open areas, private areas, meeting rooms, executive dining rooms, informal or one-to-one meeting rooms or casual collitions, training, areas of support, IDFs, technology room, digitalization room, cashier’s office, among others.

Floor 15 is private, the greater part being open. Floor 17 is also private, with the holding area (management area), and floor 16 is public with a training area.

The client requires the offices to obtain LEED certification, and the design should therefore take into account the energy efficiency and sustainability parameters.

Wall video is located on the core walls accessing the elevator, for the purpose of projecting company marketing to users, clients and visitors.

The reception area is on floor 16, and has recovery board facing on the solid surface furniture. In the background is a metallic plate-lined wall showing the logotype of the CP Group, for providing service at the three levels. There is a waiting area and a services area for outside visitors; control is by glass doors with scanners permitting user access.

The private directors’ rooms consist of an open area with audiovisual equipment, screens on the walls and, in some, additional spaces with projectors and electrical screens.

On floor 17, in the holding area, there are three executive dining rooms, lounge, secretarial area, directors’ offices, board room, and a kitchen, with dressing room and bathroom facilities, open areas and supporting areas.

Located on floor 16 is the reception area, waiting space, training rooms, cashier’s office, nursing area, compensation, treasury, meeting and multiple usage rooms, open area, supporting areas and cashier, among others.

On floor 15, the technology, printing, digitalization room, open area, supporting areas, etc., are to be found, having screens on the columns in open areas.
