This project is a new suburban house in Sinhyeon-dong. The site is located on the hill which is the height of the site has more than 10 meters of differences. The complex site also has two lots, one is triangle and another is road shaped.

Since the site has complex land, we planned to design a very simple family house in order to making the best use of the land. The northeast and west side of the house is closed for privacy. The south side of the house is used for leisure and view spaces so as to maximize the functionality of a suburban house.
