With the typical characteristics of Vietnamese urban areas, the plots of land have long rectangular shapes, also known as tube houses. This characteristic makes the house need to arrange the spaces vertically and arrange them in the most reasonable way to have a connection in space.
The design concept is developed from the cross section. The house is a combination of sleeping spaces close together for parents to take care of and raise their daughter together. The common living space is filled with light, airy and brings a cozy, family feeling. That's why we call it Cozy House.
With the concept of interaction between family members during daily activities, the design of the G-floor section in the living room space allows members to see and hear each other. From the living room, you can see activities in the kitchen and cool green landscape from the garden from the terrace.
Home is a place where members can enjoy their own lives. Dad has a work corner filled with light and focuses on solving his work. Mom has a large workshop space on the 1st and 2nd Floor to make crafts and the daughter turned her bedroom into a dream with large windows where she can unleash her creativity.
