The goal was to achieve sunlight in two facades. It was achieved by having a "patio" scheme in which all views are oriented. This because the zoning restrictions are dull enough to let the next door developer to build a similar height building 8 meters away from this one. Creating this patio will encourage views to a designed courtyard or patio so they will be controlled.
