Covenant House Vancouver is the primary provider of residential and outreach services for homeless and at-risk youth in Vancouver. As part of its renewal program, Phase 2 is a 10-storey building situated on the larger 1280 Seymour St. site, located across the street from Phase 1.
In addition to offering shelter and transitional housing for at-risk youth, the Covenant House places a significant emphasis on providing vital support services. These services include recreation programs (such as gym and fitness activities), art and music therapy, crisis programs, counseling, and a health clinic. The newly created space includes a commercial kitchen with indoor and outdoor dining areas, administration offices, and multi-purpose rooms.
Although the buildings are separate and serve different purposes, Covenant House Vancouver’s two structures share a common design language, making it easy to identify them as part of the same organization.
