1st Prize in Technical Pr. The conceptual idea behind this work is based on two intersecting twin blocks with a sensible and functional design, with a distinction in the texture and the cut. The wooden block enables the flow of the visiting public to be controlled and channelled from the main entrance hall to the huge interconnecting space between the courts. The wooden block also delimits the most public uses of the building such as the civil registry and the wedding halls.The two levels are connected via an inclined plane, achieving a fluid and direct connection, and bringing the upper level of the courts closer to the building`s main entrance hall. The concrete block is devised a a Kind of solid and sealed box where light will play a particularly important role.
