The proposal engages in a brief dialogue with the surrounding environment, especially with the church, Iglesia del Carmen. The building comprises a basement with an almost cubic box supported directly on top of it. The basement takes on the role of an urban catalyst, adapting itself to the scales in the site.To the south it has a single floor in search of the domestic scale and to the north it has two floors, containing a huge lintel that frames the entrances, and with great transparency in continuous dialogue with the Parroquia del Carmen. Seen from the park the building has the appearance of a unique element in dialogue with the building behind it, in this way seeking the necessary integration into the area.
