The Royal Court of Assinie-Mafia is a place of gathering and celebration for village chieftaincy events and generation celebrations.
The program consists of the royal apatam with a capacity of more than 200 seats, a museum exhibiting the art objects of royalty, the royal residence as well as 2 annex residences intended for visitors.
The complex offers a simple architecture based on bioclimatic principles. The roof of the apatam in tile is supported by 7 pillars representing the royal families, inlaid with Akan peas symbol of royalty.
