The former Cotshill Hospital, built in the 1830’s as a workhouse, overlooks the market town of Chipping Norton, and in recognition of its architectural significance is a listed Grade II building. The buildings have been refurbished to create 21 two and three bedroom houses and the existing chapel has been converted into a four bedroom detached house. New extensions reuse stone and slate reclaimed from existing link buildings, which needed to be demolished to open up the site.
