Cotelac was a joint project between VCA Atelier D'Architecture in France and MacCracken Architects acting as the architect of record. The project was previously a hardware store and the owners decided to close their business and lease the space to Cotelac, a high end French clothing company.Finishes include venetian plaster walls to contrast against pine columns, a poured Ardex floor with inlaid terra cotta and river stone, and a stripped concrete facade.
