The current existing building, with a proper location right around the corner to the ‘Avenida Paulista’, were the headquarters’ offices of an important bank of Brazil around the early 70ies, so it’s visible the general features of the architecture of that time, such as framed reinforced concrete structure with main beams in both sides supporting secondary beams every 2 meters aprox. and the thin concrete slab, reinforced concrete structural core of stairs, elevators and services situated at 3/4 of the total length. This 13th story exempt building needs to be intervened in its general lines including a new glassy facade to give a modern look and more luminous interiors, new general installations systems and a new attractive and accessible ground floor/entrance design with a dark uniform fulget pavement, new stairs, elevator platform and a glass canopy, all of it in white coat-painted metal sheet contrasting with the dark background.
