Single Family House
Most danish single-family houses and parcels consist of a rectangular site, a house placed in one end of it and a garden on the other end. The relation between the building, the site and the context is often very poor.
The overall concept is a building that physically reaches out and seizes the intire site. In addition to this, both levels are "L-Shaped" and rotated according to one another.
The rotation creates two semi-private niches on both levels and therefore, two different gardens with distinctive characters.
