The Project is designed and built for EVT offices. It is located in the industrial area of Tultitlán, Edo. de México. The project is a building located in a site where there used to be an industrial plant.

The new construction is a rectangular volume that represents the public image of the enterprise. The architectural project has as a concept a train wagon arriving to an industrial area, which is wrapped by the existing warehouse. The volume seems to be in movement and is elevated from the floor by a black foundation. This volume is divided creating an offices building and a services one connected to one another by a great double height lobby that is crossed by a bridge
