Outdoor space for use by employees was a priority for the client. Alexia designed the landscape design as part of the design-build-maintain team.Project was installed in 2001, and has received consistent maintenance from the install-maintain landscape contractor since that time.The strong client-contractor relationship allowed the seamless integration of the landscape when the facility went through a significant expansion ten years after the initial installation. Matching trees were available from the original block of trees in the nursery, allowing perfect continuity in the expanded design.
