Originally conceived as a multi-tenant building, the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians decided to relocate most of their corporate functions to this building after the shell was completed.
With commanding views of the nearby San Bernardino Mountains, the Corporate Center is a tilt-up construction, Class A office building with extensive stone veneer, custom window shading elements and backlit roof tower elements. The expansive interior tenant improvement required programming, space planning and furniture system coordination for 10 discrete departments.
