This comprehensive restoration in Seville takes place in a building result of different constructions, segregations, partitions and additions to throughout history. It consists of two spaces, being the one that faces the street Cordoba the latest. The back space is situated in the area where the arches of the courtyard of the mosque ablution year originally was 829 A.D. built on the ruins of the Basilica of the Roman forum. Later on this mosque it was built the first church and then the current Collegiate Church of El Salvador. All this history are preserved in this property two columns with their capitals and brick arches of different eras. The intervention was carried out aimed, in addition to meeting the requirements plan, respecting the pre-existing conditions as much as possible, either keeping them in their original place or reusing materials such as woodworks or hydraulic be accustomed. The end result is a new shop, an office on the first floor and two apartments on second and third floors with public areas. The new staircase in the far corner street Cordoba support entire project spaces flowing from it.
