This rich, warm and textural home is for a family that is growing up and looking to support and enhance the changing needs and growing independence of its teenage and adult members.
Sited on a steep block with dramatic views of the Brisbane CBD to the front and a serene private nature reserve to the rear, the topography of the site has informed a series of double and triple height volumes. These will allow for a subtle and appropriate separation of spaces within what is a very open plan living area, set around a central courtyard. A raised pool and entertaining deck to the rear will be the perfect aperture for framing views to the reserve beyond.
