The project is part of the Rockdale Council's rejuvenation of the beach front at Cook Park.Our approach aims at retaining and reusing as much of the existing fabric, and recladding each building with a breathable skin.  Water is captured from all roofs to feed toilets, basins and showers with recycled timber and bricks as the material palette.
