This is a reconversion of one of the summer residences of Ceausescu (the Romanian dictator).The site is marvelous, in a huge park near to the Zoo in Targu Mures.The client wanted an extension of the building for the existing structure was to small for the needs of the family.The challenge was to keep the clear lines of the brutalist design and at the same time make it contemporary.
