Renovation of a listed townhouse from 1896 in the heart of the city.
The historically significant townhouse was renovated in accordance with the requirements of a listed building and adapted to the needs of today's users. Fixtures that were not original to the building were removed to reveal the original structure of the building. In terms of interior design, the individual rooms were designed to meet the individual requirements of the users. The consistent use of subtle color tones inspired by historical models and the natural palette of materials tie the rooms together thematically. The new built-in furniture and interior fittings are of the highest quality and to a large extent custom-made, taking into account the historical structure of the building.
