A telecommunications services firm took a decision to move from a peripheral to a more central location in Berlin. An office building of 4,400 m² lettable area over 7 floor levels was to be remodelled and refurbished to provide facilities for a call centre, administrative offices and management / representative functions. RBA was tasked with architectural planning and co-ordination of technical services, fire safety and structural engineering consultants.
