Project Name: Contemporary Apartment
Location: Salalah, Oman
Gross Area: 2,000 Sqft
If the apartment has a stunning beach view, then it has to be shown to everyone. Taking advantage of the spectacular views of the surroundings, the living area, dining area and master bedroom of this Contemporary Apartment are planned in a manner that they face the beachfront. With dining on one side and living on the other, the space is staggered to create an open subspace, with the entrance being integrated into the living area. We chose colors to create a peaceful tone by sticking to muted colors like tan leather, wood, and woven textures, while keeping more of bright highlights confined in artwork and decor. This visually dynamic apartment is littered with modern piece of furniture, trendy accessories, colorful statement artwork, and dynamic decorative panels. With the help of fashionable furniture and accessories, the whole ambience has been uplifted two-fold.
The wood plank floor across the entire apartment elevates the atmosphere and promote a sense of continuity. The Master bedroom is a simple yet elegantly designed space that is an expression of warmth and sophistication. A luxurious, minimal bed in muted grey is positioned tactically, with stunning nightstands on each side, with accented hanging light above them. The unique design of the bedroom allows the wooden slats to extend to the ceiling. With its three-dimensional appearance and lighting dynamic, this fluted design gives the area a premium modern look.
Designing an open concept bathroom goes beyond knocking down the bedroom wall and exposing the bathroom as-is. With a custom rattan divider separating the master bedroom from the bathroom, creating a spa-like atmosphere with the walls cladded in marble and wood, a beautiful matte black freestanding bathtub and a lavish vanity counter in this bathroom, gives the impression of luxurious living. This home expresses discreet grandeur. And is shown in small details.
