Architectural study for a single-family dwelling focused on practicality and comfort,
designed to maintain a simple lifestyle closer to nature.
The house is divided into two separate living layers. The larger unit caters to a family of four,
while the upstairs level includes only the library section. The big glass wall offers a breathtaking view
of the green terrace with the swimming pool.
Minimal architecture with modern lines twists with the vision for sustainability
that includes a focus on materials, and a resource-conscious concept for an energy-efficient building.
The house consists of 3 main volumes with different functions, which fit together
harmoniously and lightly, creating a cubistic aesthetic.
