The Objective
Developing Tekla Model for Building a Business Park
The client, a 2D drafting service provider for residential and commercial projects since 25 years, approached us with a project for Tekla modeling and detailing of the structural discipline for the development of a business park in Perth, Australia.
The client provided CAD structural drafts as input, based on which the constructible 3D models had to be developed, General Arrangement drawings, Assembly drawings and part drawings were delivered as output.
Challenges
The precast wall and its fixing methodology had to be included in the Tekla model
Several changes and revisions during the course of Tekla model development
Revisions and changes in design consumed a lot of time, the deadlines were not extendable

We gave the top of steel for all the beams, because it affected the Precast wall and its fixing methodology
Resources and work assembly were planned and executed in order to meet the deadlines
Changes and revisions were inculcated efficiently and effectively to save on time and resources
Constructible 3D models, General Arrangement drawings, Assembly drawings and part drawings were delivered
