The main idea in this project is to transform the square into a modern center of attraction, combining the tranquility of a monastery, the openness of a historic market, and the democratic spirit of the city. The architectural “glitch” motif adds a subtle touch of modernity, giving the historic environment new energy.
The project aims to create a space that organically combines a school, offices, and an open city square into a single living whole. It is a place where there is constant movement, where there are more opportunities to communicate, learn, and create. Such synergy strengthens the city center, attracts people, promotes community vitality, and helps to shape a sustainable, future-ready urban environment.
