The new Conference Center - stylish, modern and innovative and embedded in the exclusive complex of the mainBuilding. Located centrally in the banking district and close to the city center, the new communication hub offers multimedia conference areas, a dropout zone, and meeting points with a strong emphasis on flexibility, quality, and functionality. By reimagining the existing room structures, we have created a space that allows tenants to hold professional conferences outside of their office premises. Carefully chosen design elements, optimal acoustics, and refined lighting come together to create high-quality interior spaces that set the Conference Center apart from traditional conference spaces. The upscale office standards of the mainBuildings are continued throughout, reflecting a commitment to excellence.
In the context of the expanding digitalization and the flood of data and information, creating workspaces that enable us to focus becomes increasingly crucial. We require zones for communication as well as areas for concentration. The new Conference Center, with its open design concept, provides spaces for creativity, collaboration, consultations, and decision-making. It offers the flexibility to cater to different needs, allowing for productive and effective interactions while also providing the privacy and quietude needed for concentrated work. With this approach, the Conference Center becomes a hub for fostering innovation and meaningful exchanges in a dynamic and fast-paced digital world.
Dynamic and Flexibility: The meeting rooms, equipped with intelligent furniture systems and innovative media technology, allow for versatile usage scenarios in terms of the number of participants and the purpose of the meeting. The strategic use of floor-to-ceiling, frameless glass partition walls create visual connections that offer insights into the vibrant work environment, breaking away from the traditional conference setup and enhancing the overall atmosphere of the spaces. The Plaza, serving as the centerpiece of the Conference Center, becomes an informal gathering point.
The transparent dropout area allows for more informal interactions in small groups within a relaxed atmosphere. The multifunctional furniture becomes the central hub of the Plaza. Serving as a space-defining element, it incorporates functionalities such as a kitchen, wardrobe, and wayfinding elements. This design fosters a dynamic environment that encourages spontaneous conversations, collaboration, and provides added convenience for the users of the Conference Center.
